As your global supply chain partner, we handle more of the project management details than other agents. We include an inspection report using AQL Standards with every shipment, sample review and storage, and product development/marketing support when needed. You provide the purchase order and we will handle the rest. While most agents provide the product and little more, we can provide the critical business support needed to ensure the product hits the target.

Our inspectors ensure that your product hits your quality standards and that production stays on schedule. We start at the beginning of the supply chain with raw material inspection and embrace process improvement with every ongoing production project and assist factory quality staff to ensure that the next production run is better than the previous.

Understanding the US market has led to a significant portion of World Way’s success. We can act as a sounding board for the positioning and placement of your product as well as assist with review of market research. We can provide graphic support for labels, art cards, and other retail packaging concepts.

Initial qualification basis: product quality and cost, location, in-house engineering capability, capacity. Ongoing audit basis: on-time shipments, shipment accuracy, product compliance/quality, process improvement ability, communication. Additional criteria can be substituted including social, environmental, and labor metrics.

Our understanding and approach to PD ensures your design is accurately translated to product. A specialist with domestic and overseas PD and sourcing experience will oversee your project. We work with the factory to ensure your product balances function, fashion, quality, and cost. We strive to minimize tooling charges thru design or negotiation. We work with drawings in CAD and Solid Works.
